Ugh.

For the past 3 weeks I’ve been losing like tenths of pounds. I mean I can’t complain, but I feel the work I’ve been putting into the whole week the scale should read lower. It might have been that I wasn’t tracking my food like I should’ve been, and then just lost track how many points I was consuming and then just said “Fuck it” and ate it anyway. Yea, I think that was the problem. 

This week things will change. Even though we have family coming over from Illinois, I will make this week my bitch.
